It is our constant effort to provide our customer with the best products. In case there is a defect in the product you can return it within 7 days of receiving the product, we will issue a new product of full amount. To return any item please contact our customer service or email info@o3plus.com
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Please note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging with a copy of original invoice.
- Postage will not be refunded.
- No exchange and refund on sale items.
- The return process will be initiated once we receive the products in our warehouse.
- It will take 1-2 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.
- We reserve the right to pay you back in case there is no stock left on the items returned.
